Heavily exposed camera/action button has led to dents and scratches. Then the plastic frame around that button broke off and left the case wobbly and weak. The cracked frame scratched my phone and has left some really ugly scuff marks. Back of the case also becomes weak and loose after disassembling and reassembling the case a few times (needed to clean it) which reduces protection. I've had cheap knock off cases out perform this ten-to-one. If anything, this case needs a case to protect it from itself. My phone is now damaged and yet not from any drop, but from the very thing meant to protect it.

Amazing quality. Dropped my phone many times across a couple years, even over 3 flights of stairs, with hardly any damage. Only downside is that it’s hard to clean
