Disappointing for a top of the range item
We've had this for about 5 months and the coffee function has already malfunctioned. We now have to press the button 3 times to get an espresso, so we are not very impressed with it considering it is a top of the range item.

Machine can not be used.
The power cable doesn’t fit in the machine. The power cable attaches under the machine meaning the machine can’t lie flat. When I tried to register the machine with Nespresso they didn’t recognise the details. I have requested a return but have to pay return postage. I will now buy direct.
