Winter gone and the weather is getting warmer and warmer. I bought it and fitted in garden to increase my kids more outdoor activities.

Metal mount snapped after 3min of use

So far I've had a lot of trouble with this. I drilled it into a solid breeze block (cinder block) wall. Part of the issue is that one if the metal wall plugs hit a gap in the blocks, the other went into a solid part. It now wobbles very badly and can't be used, but won't come out so I can reposition it. So not necessarily the manufacturers fault. However, on top on that, the adjustable arm will not stay in position, no matter how much I tighten it. I had to use my own Allen keys for that, as one wasn't provided, but it still won't stay in position, no matter how hard I tighten it.

Super easy to install and fill up, arrive with well packaged, seems to hold up well it can take a forceful punch no problem, quite weighty once it's filled, clear instructions on how to put it up, everything needed included. More suprisely, it can be adjusted for five heights so suitable for all ages. My family all like it. I should buy it earlier.
