A great small-footprint power supply for the money. The unit contains many useful features for a unit in this price range. It matches, or exceeds, the performance of many bench supplies I've used at 3 times the cost. Digits are large and easy to read, knobs feel tight and smooth, and the unit is solidly constructed. The output voltage readings are very accurate. The voltage tracked very precisely down to the second decimal place when tested using a Fluke 87 multi-meter. The voltage and current adjustment knobs are digital control and have small detents at each volt (Coarse), and each tenth or hundredth (Fine), which means no more analog cycling between digits. The English translation of the user manual is adequate, but left out information on one feature. The OPN (Output Power Now) feature was not fully described in the product manual. A quick search on Amazon's product page helped to define the function. To summarize, the feature lets you choose whether the unit immediately outputs the selected voltage when the unit is turned on, or whether it only activates after the "Output" button is selected on the front of the unit. There are definitely times when both of these options are handy. The cooling fan is temperature controlled and comes on only after a period with the power supply loaded. The fan seems to run at multiple speeds and produces very little noise. In summary - this is a great little addition to the workbench and seems to be a solid unit considering price and features. I look forward to evaluating its longevity, and I will update this review if anything changes.

Fairly rugged , metal enclosure, weighs enough to sit firmly on its rubber feet. Very nice front panel layout with sensibly spaced easy to use controls and relatively large & bright display that is easier to read from a further distance than many others. Output enable /disable button is an especially valuable feature and all buttons and controls seem to be of decent quality and work well, also they seem very intuitive to use, so it doesn't require a huge user manual but the one thats included does pretty well at explaining operation, although the manual included with mine does not explain the very useful OPN mode feature but fortunately that is briefly explained in the advertisement on Amazon. Only one other feature i've noticed isn't clearly explained in manual or on outside of packaging is the voltage range does n fact go up to 32V (at least on the one i received) just like advertised on Amazon but despite the "30" volt limit printed on the box or in the manual. Otherwise i like this supply very much and probably will buy another one, also i'll recommend it to others.

I had an older analog bench supply, and it was time to add to my workbench. I looked at a lot of the lower-priced supplies, and the reviews on this one convinced me to take a chance. I've had it for months, and it has worked flawlessly. The ability to have it pre-set and in standby has been especially useful. I use mine every single day. I'll definitely be ordering a second one for my bench. And they look good!

Great unit and works as advertised. Great sensitivity on the Volts and amps

Nice power supply, small and light, unlike my old 20 lb monster! Easy to use, easy to adjust, regulates well. I love the feature that lets me shut off the output. The fan does make a bit of noise but this thing is meant for a work bench environment so no big deal. One star off for the awful 'hot' chemical smell it gives off. I have some sensitivities and this odor gave me an instant headache and nauseous feeling. I am hoping this smell is temporary and will eventually fade away.

I bought this item like a year ago and it sees almost daily use. We have a baby who loves her swing, but the swing takes batteries.. so I clipped the positive/negative leads into the battery box, set the voltage and amperage to meet the batteries, and she can swing for infinity! Very easy to use, functional for all the rest of my testing (I like to build RC cars) and virtually silent. Looks great while it's doing it!

I like this very much! I use it every day, all day as a two way radio repair technician. The display is great, very accurate, stable, great features. On my bench for many months, flawless!

Edit: I got a bad unit. It started acting dodgy on low amperage circuits where it wouldn't work when you pressed the output button unless you disconnected and reconnected the leads. After that it just started refusing to put out any current at all below 11mA. I bought a cheaper unit from a competitor here on Amazon and it works 10 times better. I specifically got this one for the output button, but a cheap one with a toggle switch wired onto the hot lead works just as well. Better even. First thing's first. I docked it a star because the USB ports aren't actually controllable and aren't for testing. They are just standard USB ports, which takes away a function I had intended to use. Also the USB-A port is kind of bent and it is hard to plug anything into it. For the device itself, when testing it using a multimeter it seems pretty accurate on the voltage side, but I haven't tested it on an actual circuit to see how it functions under load. One multimeter reads low, but don't mind that, that multimeter is garbage. Just an aside, but don't buy an AstroAI multimeter.

CONS -Los cables banana suministrados estan muy cortos y de calibre delgado, para mi gusto. -Me hubiera gustado botones de memoria para almacenar mis voltajes de trabajo.

Great quality power supply at a fair price. Runs cool, steady, and delivers clean power with no issues. Only recommendation — replace the included banana plug leads with better ones. They work, but the clips aren’t the best. Overall, excellent value and performance. Would definitely buy again.
