BLUEBIRD Heavy Gesso Primer for Acrylic Painting, Gesso Surface Prep Medium for Acrylic Paint and Oil Paint (White, 28.2 Oz)

This gesso is very good quality. It draws a stretched canvas drum tight in one coat. It's quite thick, and works great when thinned with water.

I do a lot of crafting and need to prime surfaces prior to painting them. This is a great primer. Covers well, drys fast and and spreads smoothly. I highly recommend.

This product is superior to the premium brands in texture and coverage. It’s creamy smooth. And it’s reasonably priced.

Working first time with this Gesso Primer. It's thick, easy to apply on. The texture and consistency is good. I used a little acrylic paint to dilute it. I am not sure it it smells a little bit or not even after drying.

Used it on a wooden panel, which I intend to have hand painted by an artist. The base coat on the wooden panel was smooth and white. Absolutely recommend the product.
