Superb and soothing
This coffee is so smooth and delicious. I decided to treat myself to all three flavors in this was the first one I tried. I brewed it in a French press and will be coming back to it again and again when I need a relaxing treat. My relationship with coffee needed an upgrade and this is the perfect one.

It's great
I already reviewed this. So I'm not sure why it's coming up again. But yeah, the coffee was amazing. I absolutely loved it. I even did a couple times. I used it to blend with some other coffees and it Blends really well, too.

Good coffee
Pretty good coffee at a pretty good value. I like that it’s a woman-run company and specifically bought this for a Colombian woman named Sophia, and she really liked the flavor and that it was a woman-run company from her home in Colombia and was even named Sofia like her. This is an Amazon problem and not a product problem but, My only issue was that i ordered whole beans but got ground coffee instead but its not the end of the world since i can just bring it to cosrrtco and use the coffee grinder there.

VERY fine grind.
While it tastes great, the grind is incredibly fine, almost an espresso grind. As a result, at most, I can only brew 1/2 pot of coffee at a time. The plume created when water hits the grounds causes so much expansion that the brew basket overflows. If I were to do it over again, I would go with whole bean if available to assure the proper grind for a drip coffee maker. Funny, because I use a Coffee Ninja...the exact model Sophia Vergara endorsed a few years back.

Very good Colombian coffee
I've been buying Folger's Colombian coffee for many years, but it's gotten so expensive, (from tariffs or climate). I thought I'd try a different Colombian. So I tried this Dios Mio. Though it's a bit costly, I can use less per pot so it's probably the same cost in the end. The taste is so good, full-bodied and smooth. I do miss the Folgers right now, so this Sophia Vergara is an excellent tide-me-over until prices calm down.
