Wireless RV Backup Camera System 1080P HD 7'' Touch Screen Monitor

I bought this Venluna camera and monitor system for our first RV trip and have been extremely impressed. I didn’t want to spend big on a high‑end unit, and this one stood out for its great reviews and a touch‑screen interface that would allow me to focus on safe towing. Setup was quick thanks to the included mounts and a smart Y‑cable that let me power the camera and monitor inside the truck to test everything first. The camera was already paired, and installation on both the truck and trailer was simple. (Tip: pre‑fit the steel wing nuts through the tight steel in the monitor bracket to avoid cross‑threading the monitors brass fittings.) On the road, the system performed far better than expected. The screen is bright and clear, and I could easily see vehicles over 100 yards behind the trailer. Flipping the image to mirror mode made lane changes intuitive. It also worked perfectly as a backup camera when parking at our campsite. I did notice some video lag at first, but tightening and repositioning the antennas fixed it immediately. For the price, this system delivers excellent performance. I’ve already recommended it to family.

This is an outstanding bargain. I wanted a backup and review camera for my 30 foot pull behind trailer. I wanted one that ran off of 12 volt DC power vice solar because I often rough camp and trees etc block the sun and I may not have power when I need it. This system can operate with and you can view 4 cameras at one time on their screen. The screen is bright and has good quality settings. I found the settings and adjustments on the screen a bit counter intuitive, but was able to figure them out. Customer service was outstanding. I emailed my questions during the day and starting at 10:30 PM Central Time in the USA, started to get answers. (assume company is in China as it matches the time difference) Not only did I get the answers I needed but they sent me a free 128 MB data card for the monitor and a second camera free of charge. If I asked questions at 10PM or later my time, answers came within minutes. There is no phone number to call, but their customer service via email was above reproach. There is nothing cheap about the construction of the camera, mounts, or monitor. They are solid metal and install kit has more than enough wire and connectors. I did buy local screws to attach the camera to the back of my RV and used RV backer tape and RV caulk to fill the wire and drill holes for water proofing. The Instructions show how to pickup power from running lights, but I drilled through and took power from the interior lighting circuit via an on-off switch I purchased locally. That way I can use the camera not only for backup and lane changes, but also as a security system when parked - with recording capability on the SD card!! I highly recommend. R/ DH

New owner here. Installation was not that difficult if you know how to do wire joints and run wire, and hide wire. I set it up so when I turn on the pickup existing camera, this one is also powered. I also added the option to have it working when parked and un-hooked from the towing vehicle. At that time, I can easily move the monitor inside the coach and see behind the trailer where I have no windows. I am only using the one camera that came with the unit so far. It will handle 4 cameras if desired. The clarity on the screen is very nice in daylight, full color. At dark, it is black and white, but very clear and sharp. The recording capability works well. I can't wait (in 2 days), to get out on the road with this setup. It wlll be helpful on the highways, and very nice when backing into a spot. I hope it will bring years of service. Once I get used to it, I won't want to give it up!

31 foot camper has a hard time with signal and drops constantly especially during city or areas with lots of interference.

This camera works great how do I get additional cameras

I purchased this for my travel trailer and it seems to work ok. I dropped one star as you have to figure out how you want the screen to project on your dashboard. Also, the screen has a lag as I attached it to the rear of a 26' trailer, so when a car passes me, it's a bit delayed.

Install was easy and camera seems to work good. 7 inch monitor is big and video is clear usingon a 30 foot motor home.My only complaint is I can’t seem to get rid of the back up guidance lines . Customer service was top notch when I had a small issue.

I was disappointed when I found out I had a wire the camera to a power source ..So it's not truly wireless... Although Works well, once I classic camera wired up.

The head unit on this feels solid and well built. Early testing shows a good camera and I really like the fact it can record to a memory card which means it can double as a security camera at the camp site. Happy so far!
