I was a bit dubious to use this. Bought a BMW 6 months ago and, on the first trip to Costco, someone dented my door (I suspect intentionally). It wasn't huge, but was definitely noticeable...and super-annoying. Last time I had a ding removed (on a Mazda) it cost me $250. Figured with inflation and a Bimmer, it would be 2x that. Still, I was worried. Not so much that it wouldn't work (I'd only be out $25), but rather that it might damage the paint and finish in some way and make things worse. My fears were unfounded. The device worked - it took me two attempts, and I'd say it's 90-95% improved but not perfect (if you know where to look, you can still see a slight dent). But to someone just walking by, it's no longer noticeable. It does take a bit of work to get the glue off, but the included scraper and 90% alcohol make it easier. I'd say it took 3-5 minutes to remove. The one question that I had which I couldn't figure out is, "how much do you 'turn the puller' to get the dent out, but not create a raised bubble of some sort." Well, it kind of happens automatically. As you're slowly screwing and pulling the dent out, the tension between the puller and the glue increases such that the dried glue self-detaches from the puller (and remains on the car). So you don't get a raised bubble. And you just remove the dried glue with the scraper and alcohol. I'd recommend giving this a shot.

This works pretty well on door dings and small dents, I haven’t tried it on a big dent yet. I’m no expert and happy with the results so far. Mine came with the old style tabs and the smaller tabs don’t stick very well when glued. The glue gun is terrible and failed within the first few dents. The tip was hot but the glue would not flow no matter hard I squeezed. I would like to contact the seller about mine having the old tabs and the useless glye gun but see no way to do so. If I had it to do over again I would look for an item that has some level of customer service as I can’t find it here. I wound up using my 30 yo craft glue gun and it works fine at only 40 watts. I ordered some rods to be able to work from the back side as well. Just pulling the dent and using the tap down tool gets close but have to work from the back side to get the fine detail. Overall pleased as I have nothing to compare it with and disappointed at the lack of customer service. For the price it does what I want it to do, not being a professional.

Waste of money. The glue gun took over 15 minutes to heat the glue stick enough to use and then stopped working after one application. I had a small dent on my car but yeah one application didn’t take care of the dent. With a non function glue gun, the kit isn’t usable. Update: seller refunded my order and sent a new glue gun. Will have to see if the new one works…

Do not buy this kit. Everything about it feels incredibly cheap and low quality. The very first time I tried using it, the glue stuck so badly that it completely ripped the paint off my car, making the damage significantly worse. It doesn't work at all. I only used one single tool from the entire kit, saw the disaster it caused, packed everything back into the box, and returned it immediately. To make matters worse, it has been three months since I returned it and they still refuse to give me a refund. Save your money and your car. It will only ruin your paint and leave you with a bigger problem. Total waste of time and money!

With only 200 miles on the odometer of a new car, some careless person did a double-tap on a rear door with their grocery cart. Two small dings and scratched paint. A shop gave an estimate of almost $1,500 and about a week to get repairs done. I already had 2 open claims related to a house fire so intended to pay cash for the door dings. But I thought, what if I pay to fix the door and then weeks later the car is damaged again? So, I ordered this tool to see what I could do on my own. Happy to say, I was about to reduce the ding size by 95%, and then I bought a kit with matching paint and clear-coat for the scratch. The ding was too ‘sharp’ to pull out completely, but reduced to a 1/4”, barely depressed area. It’s not perfect, but hardly noticeable. Now I won’t stress over keeping the car ‘perfect’. The kit is easy to use, well worth the cost, effort and time. Might come in handy for vehicles of other family, or friends. Recommended.

I wish you better luck than I had with this kit. I wanted to pull a small dent, about 11/2 - 2 inches, in the rear hatch of my vehicle . One day when I was not far enough forward in the garage and the garage door let me know about it. I tried the size pull tab that looked right to start but it did no good. I tried 2 larger sizes and they too did no good. The last one was loose before I even got the jig in place. If I'm doing something wrong I have no idea what but this kit did not do what it was advertised to do and my dent is still laughing at me. Good luck.

The Super PDR Dent Puller Kit is easy to use and perfect for small dents and dings. It comes with everything needed, and with patience, it delivers great results. I recommend using Gorilla Hot Glue Sticks for an even stronger hold. Definitely worth it for minor repairs!

The kit arrived with plenty of suction pads and worked as described. I got perfect results pulling dents on my Seat Alhambra, but the thicker steel on my Saab and awkward contour was more difficult. With hindsight I should have bought additional long sticky pads
