Math-tastic!
Excellent series offers a great overview of mathematics with humor and enjoyment! My 6-year old son loves it and will six for 60-pages at a time and his brother 3 actually will sit still for parts of it. I wish I had started with this as a child. Highly recommend the whole set! Each book offers a different perspective.

So, So Good
I've seen these books recommended on gifted blogs multiple times and I am so happy I purchased these. They absolutely tickle my nine year old who enjoys math and has advanced math skills. These go in the sports bag all the time. He also enjoys the science and history ones too. I wish I had found them when my older kids were this age.

Inappropriate for children
I bought these books based on the great reviews, but I was horrified when my son and I were reading one of the books together and it mentioned being measured for a coffin. Now heโs having nightmares. I am so glad I was there when he was reading the books, but it doesnโt undo the damaged caused. I donโt understand why the author would include such text when the audience is young children. If the inappropriate text was removed, I think these books are pretty good.

My kid loves them
Some of the concepts may be hard to understand for a 10 year old but the stories are told in such a way that they are quite engaging, even without full grasp of the math concepts.

Great addition to our homeschool library!
My kids are LOVING this series. What a great addition to our unschool/homeschool library! We also bought horrible science, horrible history and horrible history. One of the best purchases Iโve made with our curriculum budget!

Terrific way of getting the reluctant "mather" more interested!
My son have been reading through these a bit everyday and does not groan and complain! He says he likes them and eagerly asks for the next one when he is done with the one he is on. If you have a child struggling in math or simply does not like it, no matter the age, I suggest trying these books out! Amazon sellers will many times have these at an affordable price. That is where we got this set from. They were still unopened! Wonderful books, wonderful seller :)
