Good premiium mozzarella
I bought the 6 lb Bella Rosano mozzarella, shipped by ArmyGirl.It came well-packed with ice packs and insulation. Its "best by" date is in three months from the date of arrival.The cheese has a stronger flavor than Grande mozzarella (the restaurant-quality brand that pizza makers all rave about) - I'd say it's a little saltier.
