⁰⁰pThis is a truly amazing product. It does EXACTLY what I needed it to do. As soon as you touch the case and press a single button, you will immediately be impressed with the quality. If you have mild or moderate hearing loss. OR, if you just need some help hearing conversations better in a variety of settings, these are perfect! If you need true hearing aids, then this is probably not for you. But, for me... it is perfect. I am at that stage where I don't truly NEED full bore hearing aids. But, I have a lot of trouble understanding voices, especially in areas of high background noise. It is a great step without breaking the bank (like hearing aids would cost) on a hearing aid that would satisfy my needs. I need to hear phone calls, media, and voices. These do that VERY well. Streaming is amazing. Also, the bluetooth range is the highest range of ANYTHING I have ever steamed to. I go outside to get the mail. I can't tell you how many times I have started walking to the mailbox (a pretty good distance) and forgot I didn't have my phone with me. Only to realize it after I am halfway to the mailbox, and Bluetooth starts cutting out or completely losing the stream. I am handicapped, so I won't walk back to get the phone. I just let the audio books cut out, and rewind it when I get back in. These not only did not lose connection, but they never even sounded different. Perfect signal to the box and back. I would have never expected that in a hundred years. For what they are made to do, they do it flawlessly. I am extremely satisfied with the purchase. By the way. I bought them to replace the Bose Hearphones that broke. These are quite a bit better than them.

The ear buds would not hold a charge. I returned them and got a refund, but I subsequently read reviews of this product and found that over 20%of these units (even a higher % on more recent purchases) fail because of this reason. Why does Amazon let a seller ship such poor quality items?

Sono molto esigente riguardo all’ascolto della musica in quanto musicista da oltre cinquant’anni. Ho diversi tipi di auricolari, quali Bose, Beoplay E8 e Beoplay EX nonchè cuffie Bose e B&O; sono quindi abituato ad ascoltare musica ai massimi livelli. Sono rimasto incuriosito dalle caratteristiche degli auricolari Sennheiser conversation clear plus, non solo perchè si prestano per migliorare la voce in situazioni con rumori di fondo, ma anche perché mi aiutano ad ascoltare riunioni esaltando le frequenze che scelgo sull’app. Soprattutto per quanto riguarda la musica le ritengo nettamente superiori a quelle in mio possesso e la cosa positiva che le altre non hanno è poter regolare la cancellazione del rumore indipendentemente dal volume ovvero lasciando inalterato il volume del tablet si può diminuire l’effetto clear dall’app. Certo non è da comperare pensando di sostituire un apparecchio acustico, ma solo per percepire in modo più chiaro la voce dell’interlocutore o della televisione. La riproduzione della musica poi è veramente eccellente. Care ma buone. Personalmente le consiglio vivamente.

Die Ohrhörer sitzen perfekt im Ohr, die Ladebox ist stabil und noch von akzeptabler Größe. Die Kopplung mit den Android Mobilphone gelang komplikationslos. Musikwiedergabe wie auch Hörbuchwiedergabe sind qualitativ hochwertig. Leider ist aber die Hörverstärkung durch die wenig einstellbare Software nicht zuverlässig obwohl sie prinzipiell gut die Sprache verstärkt. Leider verstärkten die Geräte aber auch alle Nebengeräusche wie Lüftungen oder Motoren was zu einem unangenehmen Hintergrundpegel führt. Zur letztendlichen Rücksendung führte aber, dass während einer Diskussionsrunde immer mal wieder der Relaxmodus aktiviert und ich somit "abgeschaltet" wurde. Schade, die Idee ist hervorragend und der Unterschied in der Tonqualität bei der Musikwiedergabe im Vergleich zu den erheblich teureren Hörhilfen der üblichen Anbieter ein Quantensprung. Solle eine neue Generation mit besserer Software herauskommen, werde ich gerne einen zweiten Versuch wagen.

Bought it for my father in law who is having real hearing problems, specially when there are a lot of people. Like in a restaurant. He tried it at several places but did not find it helpful at all.

L’installation de l’application dédiée est facile et permet un pilotage précis des écouteurs. Plusieurs modes disponibles, dont Relax pour l’isolation, Communication pour des conversations claires, et Streaming qui est un peu moins performant. Malgré un coût des écouteurs élevé, la qualité auditive et les fonctionnalités justifient l’investissement, avec une mention spéciale pour le mode Clear Plus. Les écouteurs sont de taille normale et tiennent bien dans l’oreille avec 3 jeux embouts adaptés à différentes oreilles. Ces écouteurs offrirent une expérience positive, particulièrement pour ceux qui cherchent à améliorer la clarté des conversations et réduire les bruits ambiants. En conclusion, les écouteurs sont globalement de bonne qualité

I thought this looked like a very interesting product, but the one I ordered did not work - straight out of the box. The left ear-bud had no charge (red led) and would not charge in the case, despite my trying all the recommended things to do in that case. Amazon kindly sent me a replacement - but it had exactly the same problem. Both were new, unopened packages - and I briefly had them at the same time, so it couldn't have been the same unit. I notice that at least two other reviews state that one or other of the earbuds would not charge even straight out of the box. Clearly Sennheiser is having some serious teething problems with this new product. But, for a premium-priced product this is very unfortunate. I never got to try the units (as I never had two earbuds that would switch on) so I can't comment on the performance. I will probably leave it a few months before trying again - if I see from reviews that the charging issue hasn't re-appeared for a good while.
