First-time using this product to maintain the integrity of locs. It was easy to use and came with two sizes. Would recommend for those whom started their locs from two strand twist. Helps to round loc and pull in loose hairs.

These were neatly packaged and it was delivered safely to my home. Before purchasing the picture only indicated the crochet hooks, but upon receiving and opening I realized that they also came with beads and trinkets for my dreads! It was a nice surprise to see! Can’t wait to put them all to use! Will come back to give an update on how it holds up with my dreads maintenance! 12/5/2018 Update: After using and abusing my crochet hooks, I can say that the 0.7 has soldiered out with me but the 0.5 eventually broke off. All in all I’m satisfied but I will invest into a more expensive one the next time.

These are perfect for repairing my locs!! I tested it last night with no issues. I was pleasantly surprised that they came with a little carrying case & some loc beads. Very unexpected, but much appreciated!! They’re beautiful!!!!! UPDATE 12/1/19: It’s been well over a year and these babies are still going strong!! Both hooks are still intact & the beads look like they did on day 1. I, definitely, recommend this product. I’ve been thinking about ordering a second set for travel.

Bought this product because I needed something to help tighten the roots of my locs. I am so glad I purchased this product. Very easy to use and handle, light weight and I was very surprised when I also received decorative hair jewelry with it. Definitely would suggest buying for tightening locs and hair.

This was exactly what I needed to marry some locs... And it came with a case and some loc jewelry. The needles are small enough to do exactly what I needed to get done... My locs are smaller than my finger and it worked fine. I have a friend with one loc, big as 2 fingers and the needle worked great on hers as well.

Worked fine until they bent and snapped... Which did not take much pressure to do.

My lock maintenance is 1000 times easier with these hooks. Interlocking was difficult for me and created lumps I didn’t like. These hooks catch tiny hairs; I follow up use with a quick palm roll and I feel fabulous. These are also excellent for loc repair! (Or extension attachment.)

I have thick hair so I gotta be a little more rough so I e vent and snapped a couple, they are good quality though, some of them are little more dull than others so don't be surprised, really cool that you get little beads and gold or silver cuffs for dreads, I like them

Hooks are cute, but the handle material feels more fragile than it looks, and the .05mm hook bent in half within the first 10 minutes of use. Once bent, the material was compromised and wanted to continue bending in that spot.

I love this product! The wooden handle makes it easy to hold so you can manipulate your locs with ease. It came in 2 sizes in a handy aluminum case. The seller also sent some hair ornaments in the case (beads and such). I highly recommend this product for anyone who is starting or maintaining their own locs. It would be nice to have a little instructional booklet as using the tool takes some practice. However, I guess that’s what Google is for :)
