Comes with a US plug so you will need an adaptor.
I unfortunately have not yet been able to use the sauna blanket because the plug fitted is a US plug and I am in the Uk. Fairly disappointing. I have ordered an adaptor and will update this when I have used it. Update: Sauna blanket is great, definitely line it with a towel but would recommend

The RRGFB Infrared Sauna Blanket has been a fantastic addition. My wife absolutely loves it, making it the best alternative for an in-home sauna during winter. The blanket comes in a very nice package with a carry-on bag included, along with 5 disposable sauna wraps and instructions. Its high-quality zipper goes all around with dual rings for easy operation and makes it wrap up the body. The extra reflective blanket wrap provides additional warmth, effectively aiding muscle recovery and offering a calming effect. I initially used it by gradually increasing the temperature setting from 130 to 170 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes. At 5'7", I found its length comfortable to cover my entire body. The design is intuitive and user-friendly with adjustable heating and timing settings. I found it beneficial for relaxation, detoxification, and improved circulation. The blanket heats up quickly, making it perfect for busy schedules. It's also portable and easy to store under the bed. Overall, an excellent investment for health and wellness, highly recommended for anyone looking to detox and relax.

Highly Recommend for home or professional use.
I work as professional massage therapist and added this to stand alone services. MY CLIENTS LOVE IT! It heats up quickly and can put you in a good sweat. I love the bag it comes in for easy transport to locations. The controls are easy to manage and clients like they can adjust it once they are in it. I also love the zippered arm openings. All zippers are study and it's easy to set up and break down. The timer is a great function too.
