Clears wax and dirt particles from the earpiece and the earplugs!
This kit is a must have if you wear hearing aids. The price is great! There is everything in this kit to clear the earplugs of wax and dust particles. It also includes several of the throw away installation tools used to remove and replace the white filter screens on the hearing aids microphones. Makes a significant difference when this simple cleaning process is complete!

Do not fit Jabra Enhanced Pro 20.
They definitely do not work for Jabra Enhance Pro. They are not shaped correctly and fall out. Some said they worked for Jabra. That might be true for their specic model but not the Enhance Pro 20. If they work for you they seem like a fair deal. I read and researched, but I guess not enough. Just make sure they will work for you.
