The label making software gets me warnings from my virus software, not intuitive, all the tutorials don't work. Worst business purchase I have made. When I finally got something to print it gets offline and I can't print more than one at a time

The printer works well, and if you use the software on a laptop, everything is great. But the phone app doesn't work unless you agree to subscribe. You can't even create a file on the computer and push it to the phone. There's absolutely no reason you should have to pay $50 every year just to use the app.

You will have to pay attention to the directions; however, it is easy to install. Print speed: I love the quick prints that come out. Since there are no complex images that are produced, the image quality is not an issue and the labels come out top notch. Portability: Again, this piece of hardware takes up very little space on your desk, or even in your car. It has a solid build and a base that won’t tip over even if using it in your car. Things I noticed: • The app itself is under constant review by Phomemo and I have noticed that there can be some connectivity issues between the app and the device, especially if you have other Phomemo printers (which I have). This does not stop the device from shining though. • Will it last: I will take this with me wherever I go along with packages and see how durable this device is. Again it’s built sold and feels heft in my hands. Conclusion: The Phomemo PM-2465-BT is a convenient solution for wireless label printing with its compact design and ease of use. Make sure you read the directions and do not try to put this thing together without understanding how it works. I personally have not had any issues with this printer to date. I have had it for a month now.

This is a good little workhorse printer with Bluetooth connectivity. The quality of the labels is fine and the post office has had no issues scanning them. It is lightweight and easy to move around. It is generally easy to use. However, I wish that it would connect to the network somehow so that I could send labels directly to it instead of using the third-party app. I have to ding it a star for that because it does get a bit clunky going back and forth between apps.

Love this little printer! The guides for different sized labels are easy to adjust and I love how it adjusts the labels automatically to ensure they are lined up perfectly. Software also let me print off over 300 barcode tags from my inventory file in just minutes! The only downside is no place for a roll to rest so you have to buy something to hold rolls but it gave me an excuse to order a 3D printed weiner dog that holds the rolls!
