Main Chhatarpur mein rehta hoon, yahan gym jaana mushkil hota hai, toh yeh sit-up assistant device mere abs aur core strength build karne mein bohot help kar raha hai. Pehle din se hi feel ho raha hai difference - exercises stable rehte hain, slip nahi hota. Material bhi solid lagta hai, lightweight but durable. Ek hi problem hai, agar floor thoda uneven ho to suction thoda weak ho sakta hai, but overall, fitness at home ke liye best choice. Recommend karunga sabko jo ghar pe workout karna chahte hain!
