Does this have a lot of recipes for main courses that are easy in uk?

All the recipes are easy - you just select on of the inbuilt recipes and follow the onscreen instructions. There are plenty of mains recipes to choose from plus others added by other users. You can add your own recipes easily. It doesn’t cook a Sunday roast if that’s what you’re after. As It doesn’t come with a manual recipe book, make sure you have Wi-fi. Hope that helps.
