Great product - some initial problems but overall great
I had a slight problem with this machine at the beginning because after a day or two one of TENS channels stopped working. The same thing happened twice with two different machines. However. I will still give it five star rating because of the prompt and efficient help I received from the customer care team. On both occasions when the machine malfunctioned, as soon as I texted them on Whatsapp I received a reply, and when they understood what the problem was, they immediately arranged to have the machine replaced and within two or three days the old machine was taken away and a new one delivered. Full marks for their service. The machine that I have now works very nicely and has a most beneficial effect.

Ease of Use
The product's on/off switch was not working and i had contacted Physio gears customer service. They did basic trouble shooting steps by sharing videos. Whilst these steps did not work out, they sent a new machine as a replacement. Kudos to the team for the great help. Now the machine is working fine with absolutely no issues. Thank you Physiogears team. Great Customer service. I would definitely recommend physio gears to my near and dear ones.

The deliveried item is not working properly. Kindly replace it because the electricity power of the machine is not working properly. It fluctuates.
