The flour is very high quality. I use it to keep my sourdough from sticking. The white color it puts on the dough makes my lame cuts stand out.

I use this for sourdough, and I’m liking the results so far! I do have some trouble with designs not ALWAYS coming through, but i think that I just have to play around with knowing how much to use based on my hydration. I do see the potential!
