This vibration pad is a game changer! I have a ridiculous about of body pain and fatigue on a daily basis. A friend had a vibration pad that she got for200.00, It was great, but pricey. I did my research and this plate is the best bag for your buck in my opinion. Pros: *Plate is sturdy and well built. Max weight we texted is 260 lbs. with no issues or lagging in vibration. *Bluetooth speakers work great and you can listen to an audiobook or music over the vibrating noise. *The noise level is not loud. My husband asked if I could feel or hear it from the other room and I couldn’t. *Speed levels are great for the type of feels you are going for. Low for relaxing and higher for workouts. Cons: *I am not in love with the no slip grip that is on the surface. IMO the nodes need to be rounded off and not a raised that high and sharp to bare feet. You have to wear thick socks if you are tender footed. I have tried both ways and although it’s not painful, I just don’t prefer it.

This is my 2nd one (1st was a different brand). I couldn't find the one I had before so I settled (or so I thought), for this one. I absolutely love this little machine! I feel so amazing after using it. I love the different programmed levels and the vibration intensity is amazing. I prefer the highest. Its super cool that you can connect your music to it via Bluetooth. Love that it has the resistance bands. All the way around its a great product. The only reason I have a 4/5 is because I don't like that I can't stop it from connecting to Bluetooth if I want to listen in my ear buds. Instead, I have to control that through my phone. I also find the touch screen to be a bit sensitive. I have thick thighs so if I am sitting on it and stretch forward, my thighs will sometimes power it down. - Tiffany
