I've been trying these for a couple of days now and I can honestly say that I love them for several reasons. I've been having pretty bad anxiety while launching my new business and these provide a great calming effect. I take two in the morning before my day job and two at night when I'm working on my business. When I first tried them I thought I was experiencing a placebo effect, but as the days went I on I tried taking them and not expecting anything to happen either way. It's crazy to me that something this natural is this effective. I saw one review that said these pills smell terrible--these pills are comprised of natural ingredients and have an herbal scent. I quite like it. Taking these has no side effects and I don't feel jittery or anything like that. They also help me be able to go to sleep instead of sipping coffee late at night. That another thing--I think the calming affect does help me focus more, but I would say that this is more of a byproduct of taking the supplements. You feel calmer so you're able to focus and think more clearly. I will keep purchasing these time and time again! I also want to note that while these pills are great, they shouldn't replace taking any medications you might be on. It's just a great addition to your wellness/ mental health regimen.

This has a good list of ingredients including Ginko Biloba, ginseng , green tea and 10 mg of B6, 25 mg of B3 and 100 mg of vitamin C for the serving size of two capsules. The recommended amount is four capsules .

I did some research and discovered that there is NO PROOF that any of the mind assist supplements work. There are multiple tests showing they they do nothing! I could not put ZERO stars!

I bought these several weeks ago and have been using them nearly every day. The ingredients are all herbals good for cognitive support. I like how the bottle includes information about the ingredients and how they function. They are easy to swallow and I didn't cause an upset stomach like some supplements do. At first I didn't see instructions on the label. I reached out to the company and they were very quick to respond. The serving size is 2 capsules and you can take them once or twice a day. After they messaged me I saw it on the bottle in an unusual place. I've included a picture of the instructions with my review, as well as an image showing the size of the capsules. As with any supplement, it's rare to notice an immediate difference in your body. Usually it takes at least a month of consistent usage. I think I've noticed an improvement, though a little more time would show that even more. Based upon the ingredients and my experience so far, I'm optimistic about this product and will continue to use it.
