I just don't know about these yet. I mean they are good. I used to have them back in the day however that was before I became lactose intolerant.. I know these work, as a rule of the thumb if you have 500 calories extra everyday for a week you'll have put on weight by the end. However I'm not entirely sure these are lactose free as it states. I had two in 1 go and my stomach has been off since with my typical symptoms, when you read the bottle it clearly states lactose and also in brackets states something about Australian and New Zealand which if I'm honest I don't fully understand. I would say be very very careful if you are lactose intolerant because the weight loss through having the lactose will defeat the object of drinking them in the first place, plus the bloating gas nausea and discomfort isn't the one. I am desperate to put on weight so I will continue to take, but with a lactose enzyme so my stomach can actually digest the milk and I don't end up poorly with the symptoms. It's a lot of money to just throw away.

I bought these drinks for my husband. He had an operation and totally lost his appetite. The weight was falling off him. I never thought in a million years he would drink any type of nutrition drink. But he drinks these and quite enjoys them. He is still drinking them some 5 months on. Not cheap by any means but he has put well over a stone on now. And his health is much better. I’m so relieved. 😌

The items bought were the type I prefer excellent buy not where not exactly the same as the. Same as previous order 1.5 kacl/ml the last order was 300kcal
