Why is the headset microphone not working stably?

The connection may be unstable due to distance or interference. It works up to 164 ft (50 m) in open areas and 50–70 ft (20–30 m) indoors. Walls, WiFi, and other signals may affect performance.

Why is there background noise or howling feedback from the microphone?

Noise or feedback may occur if the mic is too close to the speaker or facing it. Make sure the 3.5mm receiver is fully plugged in to avoid poor sound.

Why is the microphone volume so low?

Please speak directly into the microphone and keep it close to your mouth for best clarity. If you speak from the side or too far away, the sound may be faint or unclear due to limited voice pickup range.

Why is the sound quality not ideal?

This wireless headset microphone uses 2.4G transmission, which provides clear voice for speaking and presentations. However, it does not support high-fidelity audio and is not suitable for musical instruments, or professional singing use.
