Began using it in late 2001 after doing medical research on field and then product. Used it to correct painful shoulder arthritis. Took it 3x a day for 4 months then 2x day for 6 months. Do research on taking this product. I am hoping it delivers what it promises! I’m using this to help my microbiome gut kill off bad bacteria and feed good one. I’m giving it a good star because of the amount. It states 30 servings when it in fact has 36. I love that! The taste, texture, look, easy-to-make is very decent. I’ll update after 8 months taking it! Update December 2024. I have not gotten sick! And found out it is safe when consumed for 26 weeks of the year. This is a good product for what I can tell, I haven’t been sick and everyone I live with has been. I’m not sure if it has something to do with this product, but thank God it exists. I give good rating because of it!

I have reorder the I26 for 3rd times now as it really help my recovery for hard workout and it gave more daily energy. My family is also taking it now. I wish they can do bulk special or have some special offer as it not cheap. 😔
