I'm using these to quit a Nicotine spray. Both sprays are alcohol based, so it's a reasonable substitute which doesn't prolonge the addiction.They taste just like the listerine mouthwash - minty and eucalyptus. Very nice and refreshing.My only complaint is the price. It's a tiny bottle with 7.7ml. At £9.99 for 14ml it almost rivals the cost of an expensive perfume! Still, will buy again!

Lightweight and easy to carry and use. I have used something similar in the past from another brand and first time trying Listerine. in my opinion it beats chewing a gum or a mint. You get instant fresh breath from just 1 or 2 presses.
