I buy these pink peppercorns to mix with green and black tellicherry. This is the best combination of pepper if that’s important to you! Excellent flavour.

Great peppercorns. I use them in lots of stuff. As far as I can tell they’re good on anything. Almost kinda fruity tasting in addition to peppery. I have yet to try them in a dessert, though… Now a permanent resident in my spice cabinet.
