UPDATE : Customer service is definitely a missing or lacking quality these days among most companies. But not this one, I left my review and shortly after I was contacted directly from this company. They asked a few simple questions about my setup and my intended use. After a few short emails they had determined that I may have purchased the wrong product. Information was exchanged and a new product to *try* was on the way. I can say with absolute certainty they hit the nail on the head with the replacement produce that was sent. If you need noise cancelation MAKE SURE you buy their pu leather eat cups for the Steel series nova pros. Thank you again for your professionalism and dedication to customer satest faction. Originally a 3* review changed to a 5* for these purposes. READ BEFORE YOU BUY PROS - these cups are 100% better than the stock ear cups, especially on the older nova pros where the noise canceling part touches your ear. CONS - these cups absolutely loose all of the noise canceling features of this headset. So if you want to hear what's going on in the room with you better these are a good purchase
