Hands down best electrolytes
Best electrolyte option hands down! My friend turned me on to this last summer when were on a camping trip in 100F heat and I haven't looked back. I love that it is made with coconut water powder and feels very natural as opposed to a lot of the synthetic options out there (liquid IV, body armor, etc). Not sweet or sticky, mixes easy. I could go on. I keep the twist off tub at home and take the packets with me to festivals, camping trips and leave a few in my backpack for school.

My go to electrolyte powder!
Great for pregnant and breastfeeding moms to help you stay hydrated! The fruit punch flavor is my favorite. This is the only electrolyte powder that I like because it doesn’t taste salty and has clean ingredients. Mixes well unlike other powders I’ve tried.

Flavor is gross
Disgusting 🤣 but it’s very hydrating. Very hard for me to drink, but I feel better working out in the yard when I drink these.

Helps with hydration
Very good taste, not overly salty like other brands. I can easily digest this with no issue and love that it’s sugar free. Great value for the money and it’s FSA approved so that’s a plus.
