Just wow. From tip to end it’s razer sharp. Beautiful Damascus pattern and genuine layered finish. It’ll slide through whole fish to fillet and also to debone and cut up thin slices of meat like a Sunday roast. Great value for money especially compared to the competition and extremely well balanced. Just the right amount of flex. It’s pretty stiff but Damascus naturaly will be less flexible than others but it makes up for that in terms of sharpness and consistency. Oh and if you want to gift it to someone. It’s beautiful packaged so no need to wrap it up!

Always wanted a knife like this, very useful and a good weight, good for carving Chicken, skinning fish, use an wet stone to keep it sharp.

Absolutely brilliant knife, out of the box razor sharp and stay that way unless abused. Hardened steel core with a sleeve/san mai style Damascus patterned outer layers, subtle and beautiful. It's my fourth knife in the Pro set and they are each and ever one superb knives and very pretty. They have a fair bit of weight and for having a true Damascus outer layer are great value for money. The edge holds really well due to the core steel and as long as you have a good sharpening system (Steels, Stones or rollers) they should last for a very very long time.
