Gentle and effective
Ortis Fruits and Fibre firstly is NOT a laxative as it contains only what you could naturally eat yourself. Figs, rhubarb, tamarind etc. However a half to one cube taken with a glass of water after your last meal of the day helps with any slow transit issues without the urgency or issues a laxative can give.Finding the right dose for yourself is worth taking time to find out. Around half a cube may be enough. Find the right dose and it really helps with any issues. Excellent.But they are definitely part of a healthy diet so if you are not getting enough fluid or fibre then addressing this is important and will help these cubes do their work.

I’d been taking half a cube when needed which seemed to help. Then made the mistake of taking a whole one before bed. It definitely worked but with stomach pain and mad dashes 😣

Better than anything on prescription
