TV angle not great, most game boring but some good ones.
The angle of the screens is not good, you'll need to sit it in front of you and on something higher as it is not far off vertical. Navigating the games is difficult, good luck finding a game you previously liked to play, you have to page through them 9 at a time and they are not in alphabetical order. It says 300 games on the ad, I thought something was wrong as it only showed 216, however that's one player games, if you go to 2 player games there are a further 84, so in total it is 300. The games are so-so, some are slow, even a little laggy and boring, but there are also a few that are okay. To connect to your TV you'll struggle as it has a the yellow RCA type adapter, TV's don't have them anymore, you'll need to convert it to HDMI. Adapters are available such as this one https://www.amazon.co.uk/Converter-Composite-Analog-Adapter-Supporting-Black/dp/B0CKKYP73F for as little as £5.99 (but they also need a USB power supply) The controllers don't come with batteries so you'll need 3 x AAA for each controller, so a total of 6. The volume is pretty good and easily adjusted on the dial on the front of the TV At the time of writing my review the cost is £29.99. Do I think it's worth it, not really, although in the right hands as a gift it might be. If it was 30 years ago I'd say it was cool, but it's really more of a retro gift and not something you'll want to use too much. I think it's a 3.5 stars, but as I can only go 3 or 4 I've given it a 3 as it's not a 4 for sure.

Fun, Portable Retro Gaming
✅ Pros: Compact and easy to carry Includes 216 single-player and 84 two-player classic games Can connect to a TV with RCA cable Comes with a second controller for multiplayer fun ❌ Cons: Small screen may strain eyes over time Build quality might feel a bit cheap Some games may feel repetitive or unfamiliar Buttons and controls are small 🔍 Best for: Kids and retro game lovers looking for simple, portable fun ❌ Not for: Gamers wanting high-quality graphics or long gaming sessions

Not good when you scratch beneath the surface
I really wanted to like this but it is style over substance, on first glance you think this will be great with the ability to play some retro games and have a good nostalia session. - The reality is very different. It says 300 games in the description and on the box but my device only has 84 on it. Each controller requires 3 batteries (not two) and these are not supplied. The mini screen comes with a charger and can be recharged, but the controllers can't ???? The selection games are modelled on NES type classics and pretty poor. It states it can be connected to a larger TV - and yes this is true if you have an old TV from 20 years ago that support the connection leads. Many new TV's just do not. Waste of £30 when it doesn't meet everythung it says it can do and might keep a young one entertained for a few minutes.

Fun, tiny screen though
I'm not really much of a gamer (!) but this is a fun little console. Forget first person shooters and the like though this is whole load of very basic platform, shooting and old fashioned mobile phone type games...remember the worm one where you get longer when you pick up apples, well thats here or at least a very similar game is. The screen is very small for these old eyes-you can see whats going on but on some of the games it can be a bit of a struggle. The screen is 72mm diagonally but it is full colour and nice and bright. The 'TV' is plastic and takes a supplied rehargeable battery in the back. Theres an on/off swithch on the back and a volume knob and reset switch on the front; the volume is remarkably loud given the size of the unit. The two hand controllers are surprisingly comfortable to hold, the'ye a bit like a standard controller so should be familiar to most. They take 3 x AAA batteries each which arent supplied. I've only used the unit in single plater mode and it is a lot of fun and some games are definitely better than others but theres 300 of 'em so theres plenty of enterrainment on hand. Theres also a video cable for plugging it into a TV but its an old style RCA plug so I havent figured out how to connect it to my smart TV yet, I presume I'll need an additional RCA to HDMI converter box which I'll get at some point. At £30 its maybe a little pricey but at t he same time the quality is there so if you are looking for a rather pricey stocking filler this xmas, why not?...

Good value
I ordered this off Vine because I'm of an age that I remember these old games, and have a lot on a emulator on the laptop. The games are all re-made copies of the originals, and mostly not good copies. The whole package looks great; cute little "TV", controllers that work (but take three batteries!), and are responsive, but overall the result is lacking somewhat. The screen angle makes it difficult to use as an adult...you have to tilt the "TV" on a surface for it to be usable, and the screen is tiny. There are, obviously, no instructions for each game, and unless you have a very good memory, you're not going to know how to play many of the games. Overall, some of the games are OK(ish), most aren't worth the memory space they take up, and you'll only recognise a few of them. I doubt children today would find much of interest in any of them, to be honest, but adults may like it (for a short time) because they bring back memories. Is £30 too much for this? Probably. Shame really, because it's well made, and works.

Plenty of Retro Fun in a Pocket-Sized Package
Designed with a nostalgic flair, this compact little console offers a wide selection of 300 classic titles. Action, sports, racing, and puzzle games are just a few examples, capturing the essence of beloved arcade gameplay. The mini screen is straightforward to navigate, and there’s an added feature allowing you to hook it up to a TV for a bigger display - perfect for gatherings or family time in the living room. The additional gamepad unlocks two-player action, evoking a true arcade feel even in a small device. Thanks to the built-in rechargeable battery, you can enjoy hours of on-the-go gaming, making it ideal for long journeys or breaks between busy schedules. From kids discovering the charm of retro games to adults reliving fond memories, it’s a fun way to bring different generations together.

Retro Gaming Setup with 300 games
Mini Gaming Console with 300 games. This is a quirky little retro gaming setup which has a 2.8 inch screen and 1000mAh battery. It comes with 2 controllers that require 3x AAA Batteries (not included) each and can connect to a TV via RCA. There's a variety of games included which are mainly platform games and theres a mixture of decent and forgettable titles. There's 216 single-player games and 84 two-player games so the system has plenty of replay opportunities. The controls are responsive and the gameplay is smooth, better than I expected in all honesty. The screen is really small though, and the method of connecting to a TV isn’t compatible with newer TV's unless you buy an adapter. I personally found quite a few of the games a bit monotonous and it can take a while to scroll through to find something worthwhile to play. It's fun in short doces though and is portable so you could take it out and about for quick gaming sessions. It's reasonably priced too so not too much of an investment.

Good but can’t connect tv
It’s really cool but I cannot get it to hook up to any of my TVs. They do have AV and I unplugged my other AV console to try it out. I know it works. Idk if it’s the cable or what..but it will not connect to my tv

It was not good, and the screen had a clear line as if it were broken, and only one person could play with it…

Not worth it for 2 players
This is perfectly fine for one player. Annoying that you have to take out the batteries on the controller every time because there’s no off button, but screen looks and sounds great. However, most of the 2 player games make you take turns instead of play together on screen at the same time. And a lot of the games are repeats with a different theme. Super disappointed because the little screen is great
