Can rear view camera tilt down to see hitch?

Camera is fully adjustable up and down. Where you are trying to look? On the hitch is absolutely possible All depends on where you place camera

Can i use this camera as front view camera? Looks like is a mirrow view

How easy is to make it work? Let's say can an student do it?

It's basically plug and play. All you do is run the wire to camera in back and inside vehicle.

Can I use for 2006 RAV4 as license plate not centered?

I used it on my 2005 E350 RV which had an existing hole in the steel bumper just roght of the centerit does show a wide view so I still see plenty behind me.. Not a problem for me..
