How much tougher is 7 lb than 5 lb? I can use the 3 lb for all fingers (1 finger is sore w/contracted muscle) but I can use the 5 lb for 2 fingers.

Based on your experience with the 3 lb I would suggest working with 5 lb first then onto the 7 lb
