En varias ocasiones he comprado el producto y no había tenido inconveniente alguno con el mismo; sin embargo la entrega que acabo de recibir no me deja satisfecho, los dos (2) productos Champú Novophane venian por fuera de sus cajas y estas, como se puede apreciar en la foto venía en mal estado. De igual forma la presentación del producto difiere respecto de la ofrecida en la página y sobre la cual me opté por comprar.
