Great quality
Great system amazing instructions very detailed

Item arrived with timely with no damage. Installation was fairly easy, although instructions seemed a bit vague. All in all, i have assembled and installed the ceiling and it looks great. I purchased the 64 sq ft kit.

Cardboard package damaged when recieved.
Materials were ok the only thing I didn't like was the condition of the packaging. Both ends were ripped open. A few of the cross member ends were bent.

Install was fairly easy.
Install was easy. Cables were long enough to drop the ceiling quite a bit which is what we needed.

Complicated
I had contractors put this in and they thought it was horrible. It took them a long time. I should of went with Armstrong.

Great drop ceiling
Easy to install drop ceiling. This was the first one Iโve ever done and it was easy and the materials are good quality. Would buy again.

Good for price
Not as strong as Armstrong but I liked the pulley system

Well Designed System
This is a very good system. I particularly like the support wire collet system that allows for infinite length adjustment. You can also resent the length as many times as you desire. This is the first hanging ceiling I ever installed, and it came out very well.
