Purchased to make some sushi and it works as advertised! I found it easier to use a plastic clingy wrap while using it to prevent rice from getting in the middle and most importantly not having to wash it all the time🤣 I definitely recommend this for anyone looking to make sushi with ease.

The Fusion 1 Select bamboo rolling mat is in my opinion very durable. It has a splinter-free design, and the size makes it very convenient for making various rolls of sushi. It was very lightweight and easy to use and to clean. I would recommend this bamboo mat to beginners and even experienced chefs.

These are the exact same sushi roll mats that are sold in Asian shops. Same size, same material and same durability. Grab your chopsticks and roll up some yummy sushi!

Item works well, pretty cheap but you don’t need anything fancy to roll sushi. The only thing I don’t like is the chemical smell that came from the product, I used it twice and probably won’t use again.
