Worked great
I used this for heat management on the Rog Ally Z1 when changing the SSD. It worked great for keeping down temps with another add-on.

No specs for them in ad; but I found a similar product that may help with your application
This review is for the 12 pack of Antrader 25x25x10mm BGA crosscut fin heatsinks. First off, I was not happy there wasn't any performance data for this heatsink in the seller's ad (or many others I looked at on Amazon). Selecting a heatsink is dependent on various criteria and having none makes selection near impossible. However, I was able to find a Same Sky HSB24-252510 model with identical physical characteristics to these Antrader versions. That said, I couldn't find anything regarding if the two heatsinks had similar aluminum composition. So the performance of the two may not be that similar; but at least there was some performance data for the Same Sky product to help confirm if this Antrader version could suit my application. The key parameter was the Same Sky data indicated their heatsink would handle 4.14 watts with 75C temperature rise in a natural convection situation. I needed a unique heatsink configuration for a project and thought these bga versions would do the job. The heatsink is attached to a custom made copper plate that conveys the heat away from a TO-220 power mosfet. I used a 1 mm thick solid copper plate for connecting the mosfet with the bga. Easycargo ES910 thermal glue was used to attach the heatsink to the copper plate. The thermal glue secured the heatsink very well. The photo shows a copper plate before heatsink installation and a second version after the heatsink was attached. The small triangular fold adjacent to the TO-220 was created to help prevent the heatsink from rotating on the TO-220. The combination of a copper base with aluminum fins is touted as a better solution than just aluminum alone due to the better heat transfer capability of the copper. While aluminum, on the other hand, is said to have better heat dissipation into air than copper. For testing, I mounted a thermocouple against the copper plate under the TO-220 mounting screw with a slotted washer. I attached the TO-220 with silicone grease. A simple 1 ohm, 1watt load resistor with op amp feedback controlled the mosfet for testing. Power supply output voltage was adjusted to hold the voltage across the mosfet to a fixed 5 volts while current reference setting was adjusted from 0.1-1.0 amps. The test was set up for natural convection – no forced airflow over the heatsink. I allowed 30 minutes for the heatsink temperature to stabilize before taking readings. For the 75C temperature rise cited by Same Sky for their heatsink I was able to get slightly over 4.5 Watts dissipation from my heatsink assembly. My 90 degree vertical orientation of the bga likely improved the power dissipation compared to the typical horizontal mounting of a bga. However, I'd say the Antrader bga heatsink will do the job comparable to the Same Sky model. Overall I am very pleased with these Antrader bga heatsinks. The crosscut fin design is said to be more omnidirectional for airflow than straight versions and the turbulence within the heatsink fins will be better. Depending on your forced air flow patterns this can certainly be an advantage. With the 175 degree C junction temperature rating of my power mosfet and the application requiring it to only operate at 5-5.5 watts maximum I have no doubt my installation with the Antrader bga heatsink will be just fine.

Very well made, handy to have a few around for diy projects!
Well-made and excellent price. I bought these after watching a YouTube tutorial for adding a heat sink to the rog ally. these are exactly what they suggested to use and work perfectly. can be placed on the ally and the back cover reinstalled with no modification to the ally. I bought the 10 pack because I figured they would be convenient for other projects.

Works
These little guys work great. Used them for a pair of studio monitors. They really bring out the heat!

Nice heat skinks
If you need a heatsink for some project then these are pretty good. I needed a small profile heatsink for several different projects and these fit the job for me.

Cools GoPro & Insta360 Cameras
Works great at cooling my action cameras that overheat while filming. It will, however, show up in the picture I’d you are using a 360 view camera. I had to remove it from that one.
