How do I adjust the light brightness and color with the remote?

To change color temperature, turn the light off and on once. To adjust brightness, point the remote at the fan and hold the “+” or “–” button. Tapping won’t work—hold to dim or brighten.

How does the memory function work on the this fan(CX Series ceiling fan)?

Those CX Series fans are equipped with high-power LED lights, which do not support color temperature memory. But it remembers fan speed, direction, and light brightness.

How many ceiling fans can be controlled with Alexa?

There is no limit to the number of fans you can control with Alexa, as long as they are all within range of the 2.4GHz WiFi signal. Just make sure to assign each fan a unique device name to avoid confusion during voice control.

The Ceiling fan light turns on after installation, but the remote doesn’t control the fan. What should I do?

To pair: turn off power for 10s, then back on. Within 30s, hold the “4H” button (Wi-Fi icon) on the remote for 5–10s. A beep or light flash confirms success. If it still doesn’t work, contact our support team for help.

How do you handle after-sales support for your ceiling fans?

30-day return window for any issues. Coverage includes 2 years for the full fan and 5 years for the motor. For assistance, send a message through your Amazon order page with your order number—our team will respond promptly.
