Bach Flower Therapy: Theory and Practice

I consider this book in the top three of the best books written on the Bach Flower Remedies. I have probably read it at least 100 times and I am always learning something new from it. It is a really well researched and well thought out book on the subject. Weather or not one uses the remedies one can learn a lot about human nature from this book. I very highly recommend it.

Decades ago, the "Horse Whisper" introduced me to these products. Amazing, how they work. I've introduced others to them with the same happiness. Try the calm or others and you won't be disappointed.

I ordered this book as a gift for someone I have actually had one for several years and it explains everything in the best way possible for you to understand exactly where Bach was coming from

I love the unique detail that is written for each of the 38 Bach Flower Remedies

Dr. Edward Bach was an amazing man who has left us a priceless legacy. He explains that the healing of the mind and the emotions through these flower essences and a deeper connection to our Inner Guidance will also bring about healing on the physical level. The books written by his student Mechthilde Scheffer have taken Dr. Bach's teachings to a much more profound level. I highly recommend this book to newcomers to Bach Flower Remedies. It would be greatly beneficial to study it alongside Mechthild Scheffer's other book, "Bach Flowers for Crisis Care". I sincerely believe that Bach Flower Remedies and the writings of Mechthild Scheffer are important catalysts in our evolution to higher consciousness.

I like this book because the descriptions of each of the flowers give you all aspects of the benefits. The part I like most is the list of symptoms to show you need a certain flower and the explanation of what to expect behaviors or thoughts to be after healing takes place. It even gives you Supportive Measures... that's suggestions on what to avoid (horror films) and what to participate in (new hobbies). I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to make a difference in their family's and their own health.

This is the second time I have purchased this book. Bought another for my daughter since I didn't want to let her borrow it!

I've been using and working with Bach Remedies for over 40 years. This book is by far the best of the many I have read. Very well written. Highly accessible information. Truly of service to Dr Bach's great work. The only flower remedies book you need.

I purchased this copy for a friend, as I have used mine, along with many other books on the Bach Flower Remedies, for more than twenty years. Cannot recommend it strongly enough for anyone who wants to use a gentle, honest, effective way to help heal life's traumas and its subsequent ailments. Be honest about how you're feeling as you choose the remedy you need most and you will be pleasantly surprised by the subtle changes that can turn into large ones.

Ich habe das Buch gekauft um meine Schwägerin in England eine Freude zu machen. Ich war so angetan von diesem Buch aber das es bei mir geblieben so, und meine Schwägerin hat sie in England selber besorgt. Ich finde die Beschreibung viel besser als die andere Beschreibungen die ich sonst hatte, und ich kann die Mittel viel leichter zu Ordnen. Kann sie nur Empfehlung.

amazon.fr a livré l'article très rapidement comme d'habitude. Merci amazon.fr! Mais J'étais un peu déçu de la qualité et de l'absence de couleurs de livre. Je m'attendais à des photos de plantes ou du moins à des dessins avec des couleurs. J'aurais dû commander plutôt "The Encyclopedia of Bach Flower Therapy=l'Encyclopédie de la thérapie de fleurs de Bach" et payer un peu plus que cela. Je ne suis pas un spécialiste des plantes et des fleurs, il me fallait donc des photos ou des dessins couleur de bonne qualité pour vérifier 38 plantes. Quel domage! Je recommande de choisir "L'Encyclopédie de la Thérapie de Fleurs de Bach" qui a beaucoup de photos
