I bought this US Mobile SIM for my father-in-law, who is visiting from India for several months. He uses a Samsung A26, and we quickly discovered that many mainstream prepaid carriers in the U.S. either didn't support the phone properly or had compatibility issues. Sim cards were exactly as hoped. So glad I was able to get these so quickly. I am an existing US Mobile customer and was switching phones around. I ended up not needed these but for $4, it was worth keeping them for future needs.

Rated best MVNO in the country by Wired Magazine and to give them a try will show you why they received that rating first hand. Navigating the website is super simple but not to worry help is right there if you need it 24/7. And while you probably won't need it telephone support is also available AND IT'S USA BASED!!!!. Call quality is simply perfect and so far no data issues as well, both of which that normally suffer on MVNO's. I was so happy I moved my entire family off Consumer Cellular (which I quickly developed a special hatred for too many reasons to list) and ZERO regrets. They even instantly seamlessly support ESIM! Look mom no SIMs harmed here :)

There are two SIM cards. US Mobile was easy to set up and affordable. My phone bill was cut in half with better services.

Very complicated to set up especially if you want to take advantage of the free trial they offer on the website as they want you to port your number from the he old company to their company. I purchased the SIM card with the intention the switch from a carrier to another to test how it works and the signal in my area but even though they promise that the SIM card in my case the dark Star it will work on AT&t and T-Mobile and you can switch from one another they will not let you switch from a carrier to another if you make use of the trial and they will ask you to buy another card if you want to try another carrier. Their customer service people are very slow to understand what are you talking about and most of the time it will take at least 5 minutes to answer to your questions if you are texting with them which is extremely annoying and unprofessional. They have a lot of plans and they are so confusing that nobody knows what is going on. If you start a new line from their app and have auto pay enabled they automatically enroll you in the 45 dollars plan, if you want the cheaper plan at $25 you have to opt specifically for it. Maybe it's only me but I don't think this is a very good company to do business with your experience might different unfortunately I do not have a good experience so far.
