How many cherries do you get. Is there bourbon or are they just cherries

Cherries are different sizes so there is not an exact amount of cherries in each jar. The jar is 11oz. The cherries have the ingredient woodford reserve bourbon, but in my opinion the bourbon flavor is hard to detect if u can even taste it.

What are the ingredients? Is there any high fructose corn syrup in these?

There is no HFCS in these. Ingredients are: Cherries, water, sugar, Woodford Reserve Bourbon, fruit and vegetable concentrate (for color), citric acid, natural flavor

How do they compare to Luxardo cherries

The syrup is not thick. Personally I like a thicker syrup as I like the to use the syrup as the "Simple Syrup" replacement. They are good, it just depends what it is YOU like about luxardos in your cocktails. These have stems and the syrup is much thinner.

Do these have a candied / almost crystallized texture?

No, they do not. The liquid they are packed in is sweet -- it is basically a simple syrup + bourbon -- but the cherries have a firm outside and are not candied.
