I suppose. Poop is poop, but it’s not magic dust that works immediately. It’s a process that requires some setting up ahead of time.

I have a dyi composter where i sank a metal garbage can in the ground with the bottom cut off. would this product help?

If you mean waste composter, then yes. It helps with breaking down the waste material and reduces smell (but does not eliminate the smell!).

Been using the doggie Dooley tabs and adding this it really does reduce the smell.

This one actually seems to work and is much fairer priced

I was buying the 30 dollar a bottle small white tabs that had the same brand name as the septic tank for dogs we installed in our backyard. After 4 months we were horrified to realize the white tabs didn't do anything. Took a chance on this one. You get a small silver pouch. I put a minimal amount in the tank and then refill the tank with water. It actually seems to be working.

Bought a Doggie Doolie, and it came with a supply of bacterial pills. Worked great. But I was too cheap to re-order them and bought this stuff. It doesn't work as well. I'll re-order the Doggie Doolie pills next time.
