The unit worked well, but I cleaned the heads and related components (mild-moderately dirty). Once cleaned, the picture quality was markedly better. The unit was perfect for converting family videos, and I would recommend similar units. NOTE: This unit did NOT come with a remote control.

Needs a cleaning
Ut is a working vcr, but the pic quality is really bad. I think it needs to be cleaned
