Hi, The watch isn't luminous unfortunately. Its a fun watch and nicely made. I hope this answer helps.

Does it glow in the dark?

It does,but only just. It could need exposing to more light for it absorb, I've not fully experimented with it. Great watch though, I'm really pleased with it.
