Great for cakes!
I've only made cakes with this extract so far, but I'm very happy with the results! The color is quite strong (makes for a more visually interesting cake), and the flavor does come through. I would probably supplement with actual ube powder as well if you want ube flavors to really be at the forefront of the flavor profile, but for my projects, this worked great!

Good value for periodic baking
I make this use mochi and it only calls for two tablespoons of use extract, so I like these small containers so that a bottle doesn't stay open for a long time.

Works for me but not super high quality.
Id really give it 3.5 stars but its slightly closer to 4 so that's what I will put. And that's largely just because its the best value and its an ok product. If you bake a lot and use ube it would probably suffice. if you just like ube things you make at home it would also probably suffice. If your making top notch food or have a sensitive pallet it might not be for you. Pros: -Comes with enough to last for a really long time for just a regular couple. -Multiple bottles so you can store unopened ones so it lasts longer. -Well priced for Ube extract. Best value and I HUNT. -Tastes nice to me (I'm not incredibly picky, I don't think a really picky person would like it as much as the glass bottle kind that more than twice as much) Cons: -Messy containers but honestly just not that crazy, in the vid im using one hand and a camera and i'm a semi shaky person sooo... -Die is maybe a bit too potent (tho not as bad as some review's say.) in the video you can see the water turned practically black lol. but I got some on my hands in the vid and the picture of my hand is after washing twice right away and its mostly gone, just a bit left of the thumb. -not as potent flavor as the little glass bottle kind (but definitely potent enough to make the price difference worth it to me) -more syrupy ingredients than extract compared to glass bottle kind. (Ok, looked it up, McCormick is the better extract, but its not worth the price difference. )
