The suction power of this product is amazing, i can perform all my exercises with no fear like I feel while using other products and when I ordered this one, i was worries how would they ship this but this product is easily detachable and can be shipped in parts. I relocated to another location and took this with me. A must purchase for this year to do your exercises

Great invention I must say this first.Its really useful for the people who workout in the home .It was a task before to do the scrunches and pushups.Now Its very easy.We can easy place it in the floor and lock it and it will be steady enough to do the workouts.It will hold the weight and has perfect grip to do all exercises.Totally worth the purchase .
