Overall this is a good desk for the price. It does what it is meant to and it is sturdy enough. I read reviews for weeks before I bought this desk and this seller had the least amount of reviews for damaged goods. I am pleased that the box was only slightly dinged up on one corner and the desk itself had barely a scratch on that corner. All in all I think it is worth the money if you are looking for a decent little craft or drawing table to get you started. Some key things to consider. The desktop itself is made from particle board. The metal is not heavy duty but it is reliable enough for the desk itself. The drawers are fabric and unfortunately the track they sit on is plastic not metal. They still seem to hold a decent amount. The slide out side table is not really on a track but instead is held by two screws that slide through metal slits in the side. And lastly the swivel cup for pens is held by a plastic ring and unfortunately the weight distribution causes the pens to slip under the actual desk as you lower it down again making the cup not sit right. You have to move the pens back up through the hole so the cup will sit level again. I have no doubts this desk will serve it's purpose quite well for the price. If you are looking for top quality material keep shopping this is a baseline desk.

So I received my artist drafting table January 30 just as the order stated when it would arrive. I carefully unpacked everything and did full inspection and checked to make sure all was there. After doing the assembly for some time in beginning I encountered a problem when Part # 11 in the check list the welded thread housing for the screw broke loose when trying to connect Part# 11 and Part # 18. I couldn't remove the screw back out even using the smallest needle nose plyers so therefore I was not able to finish assembly. I contacted Amazon and reported the problem. They sent an email to the seller or company (Zeny) who I purchased the drafting table from. The very next morning Zeny or the seller had sent an email and was concerned and wanted to help. They asked if I could submit photos and describe the part or parts I needed. After about 4 emails back and forth Zeny had sent a final email saying the parts had been sent out. 3 days later I had received the parts and as you can see in the photos my drafting table is assembled and put together. Very solid and sturdy. Perfect for the area of my office down stairs. I have ordered from Amazon before and even got negative response back from previous sellers. This seller ZENY will definitely go out of their way to make sure you will be able to get your drafting table finished or assembled. They only respond by email only even though they send a card with telephone # but calling nobody answers maybe because they are small company or very busy anyway they are very proficient and professional in getting back to you through email. I am a happy customer and yes I would order from them again if I needed to. If your looking for an artist drafting table that fits your budget and something sturdy I recommend this. I am a retired army officer so everything I purchase gets full inspections and I check the quality of the item plus the quality of the seller or company. Zeny get's 5 stars from me on the rating!

This desk is very nicely made! Lots of space for craft items.

I would like to preface this with I am a very patient person, and even as I'm writing this I'm not upset at the seller at all. I am fully aware of mistakes on my part, such as not knowing how Amazon help messages work and not replying to the convos for a while because I did not know how to get to them. I initially bought this back in early May and I got the vast majority of it within a week. That part was awesome! As I opened the package, however, I noticed there were several parts missing and I could not begin construction without some of these parts (i.e. the base that helps angle the desk, a beam, the feet of it, and some screws). I contacted the seller and he was really nice to me about it and sent me the missing parts no extra cost. However, one part was still missing, which was part 16 and the beam that supports the secondary platform to this desk. I accidentally got another spare part instead. I mentioned it to him and showed him the part in the diagram that was missing, and he apologized and gave me the tracking number for it. As I was waiting for the package to come, the post office said they would not deliver it to me as postage was due. No matter, I could pay the remaining postage off and I get the final piece. As I went there they told me the postage due was $83 as it was sent first class but the dimensions made it a larger size than what was paid for. I just got my paycheck in at this point so I paid it off just so I can start building. I just finished assembling the vast majority of it and I opened the final package and found that they had sent me the wrong piece even after I showed which part. At this rate I just wanted to finish the desk, so I'm having my friend make me a substitute piece for the part and I'm sending the spare parts back. That part was extremely frustrating for me, but it looks like it should just be a wooden beam and the desk won't fall apart on me without it, so I can manage for now. Desk looks awesome overall, spending almost two months and an additional $83 trying to get everything together was not so fun.

So I took my time and read each assembly instruction at least 2 times to make sure I didn't have to redo anything. I think the instructions were very good, and I used every part (and there are many) with one screw left over.. was not missing any parts which was great! I am overall very very pleased with the table... especially for the money. There are. Couple of drawbacks. The drawers are cloth and positioned right where your knees are so thetr isn't really room for your knees to fit under the table.. the hight adjustment for the table (not the top that angles, but the actual bars on the bottom that regulate the height of the surface... it takes 2 people to lift the top in unison while the one person holds it steady and the other adjusts the screws in the legs. You cannot see the holes at all for the screws while doing this so I just lined up the markings in the legs and hoped that guess would work. I don't know if we actually have the screw handles in the right spot or tight enough... That said, all in all I think it's a great table for the money! Highly recommended! Also

So my first one was wrapped well in styrofoam but still the glass shattered. Fedex had to have slammed it down somewhere. The seller tried to get me a replacement top but after a week of trying they sent me a whole new one (sold by forrestore) so very good customer service, remained in contact with me the whole process. The desk itself has great instructions and everything is clearly labeled. I'm disabled and was able to put it together with only someone to occasionally hold things together while i tightened a screw or something. The containers are plastic but appear to hold pretty well with a little weight (5-10 lbs at one point). The glass is nice and sturdy (which is why i know delivery had to have slammed it for it to shatter like that). I do diamond painting and its perfect for that. My tweezers and scissors sit comfortably in the pen slots and my other tools fit in the trays. I cut a pool noodle and glued it to the lip where my arm rests cause that's a little sharp for something your arm goes on (only complaint about it but easily solved). The drawers are nice but i took someone else's suggestion and attached them on the outside as it would be a bother for knees to bump against under the desk. I've also done crafts on it. Despite scissors and similar the glass doesn't appear to scratch easily. I put my cricut machine on it with no issues as well. Overall good desk and good seller!

This arrived so much faster then expected. So fast in fact the packaging virtually exploded all over my front deck on arrival. Since this beauty could hardly be contained I assembled her right away and she turned into a beautiful sturdy lass. Only complaint is the side pull out isn't on the right and the stool is a smidgen wobbly and she's a bit stiff when changing the table height. To be fair I have stiff and wobbly days too so we make a fine pair.
