Product was already opened and resealed with a cellophane tape...

The product which I received was not a brand-new. The seal was already opened and covered with regular cellophane tape. Took few mins to set up the microphone. For the first time you'd need RODE app to firmware upgrades and pairing the transmitters. Once the pairing is done, you can delete the app...
