All Purpose Flour, 80 Ounce

Amazing flour texture js very fine a good 5lb size bag. For a great price. I have been purchasing this flour for over a year I use it daily for my simple easy protein packed bread recipe 1.5 cups flour 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt Salt optional add to taste I usually mix in some Italian herbs and air fry it till golden brown Stuff it with hand carved meats and mozzarella cheese.

Wonderful flour. Not bromated and unbleached. I use primarily for baking. The only issue I had was with the packaging. It was delivered leaking. The paper bag it was sealed in seems too thin.

This is a good flour, but Amazon needs to pack & package their products much better. I order all purpose flour & wheat flour, the all purpose flour bag [the wrapping paper bag] used comes undone & flour spilled, even the replacement came undone. The wheat flour wrapping was almost coming undone.

Good flour however Amazon's handling the package left it partially open and spilling, poorly package in a soft sided package.

This all-purpose flour is a great deal, as it is the same all-purpose flour that you can buy from other companies, but at a much lower cost. It works great for baking and even as a self-rising flour substitute (as long as you add some baking powder). I definitely recommend this flour for your baking needs!
