Don’t count on customer service and I was told you can only order through email
Works good, however customer service sucks. The IMAGIC website has been not working for over the past month as far as placing an order for any replacement parts. After three weeks of talking back and forth over the phone with customer service and sending emails trying to order a filter, I was finally told that the filter is no longer available, and that none of my emails were going through apparently. I was also told over the phone that they are only taking orders through email for the time being. So good luck on trying to get anything. Also, be careful with the filter and make sure you check it every other day cause it is very easy for it to grow mold. Once I noticed I through the filter away. I am very disappointed cause I only had it for two months and now I need to buy a new vacuum/mop since they no longer sell the filter

DOES WHAT IT SAYS IT DOES!
I don't write a lot of reviews but wanted to be sure to write one for this wet-vac by iMagic. I bought the M3 model and for the price, it is a LOT of bang for the buck! Everything you've read in other reviews, is true. It is very easy to use, cleans a regular kitchen floor beautifully, and clean up is very minimal - I emptied and rinsed the dirty water tank and filter and the machine did the rest. Very nice, compared to using a mop and having to stop and rinse/clean the mop ten times while mopping the floor. I used the light clean mode and with a full charge, I was able to clean my kitchen, dining room and entry way. We have dogs (1 Aussie with notoriously long, shedding fur) who love lying in the dining area and I have a bad back, so I needed something that didn't require scrubbing. Call me old fashioned, but I've always felt that good 'ol elbow grease is the only way to clean. Not having that capability anymore, turned out to be a huge blessing! It is self propelled, so no need to push hard, and it's not difficult to pull back. After I emptied the dirty water tank (2 clean tank-fulls), I put the machine back on the docking station and set it to self deep-clean, and it did a good job of cleaning and drying itself. How nice is that?? The manufacturer boxed the product extremely well, so it arrived in perfect condition. I plugged it in to charge it, and a couple of hours later, it was ready to go. It is not an industrial mop and does not have a large battery capacity, BUT if you want something quick, easy & simple, it is a GREAT product for everyday floor cleaning. No muss, no fuss. I just got it and have only used it once, so I cannot comment on durability, yet. It does seem like a solid machine and if properly cared for, it should last last. We'll see... If you're on the fence about getting it vs. a more known brand, I'd say take the chance - you'll be pleasantly impressed!

So Far I'm Loving it - Would be 5 Star with a Few Tweaks
This review is for the IMAGIC cordless wet dry vacuum cleaner. Can't speak to durability since I've only had it a few days. However mine came with a QR code to scan to add a free year of additional warranty coverage. Purchased this to replace the Bissell cordless CrossWave wet/dry floor cleaner that I bought about 2 years ago. The Bissell still works, but I've only used it 3 times because it was so difficult to use & clean! WHAT & HOW I CLEANED: So far I've used it in the living/dining room (nail-down hardwood planks) & in the kitchen (smooth ceramic tile w/sanded grout; grout is recessed about 1/16-1/8" relative to tile surface). Neither floor had been mopped in 2 years (gross I know, but don't judge unless you are willing to live the last 2 years in my shoes!). Anyway, the point is that both floors had a lot of grunge and the kitchen had lots of food bits thoroughly stuck to tile & grout. Vacuumed both floors first since I'd much rather empty a container of dry dirt than one of wet gunky dirt. Spritzed a general hard surface cleaner on some of the dirtiest spots on the kitchen tiles to see if that would make any difference. Used 2 caps of cleaning solution & ran it on "Max" mode. Moved it more slowly than I would normally vacuum. CLEANING RESULTS: It did a good job cleaning both floors and removed drink stains (I paused to let the roller spin on the stain till it was gone). Freshened the grout too. Still had to use a flat razor blade to loosen set-on food stains/pieces, but I always have to do this with a regular mop anyway. Once scraped loose, it vacuumed them right up, which was way nicer than how I have to pick them up with my hands when I use a regular mop or swiffer. PROS: - Cleaned well (see detailed description above). Can't speak to "streaking" since I'm not picky and wouldn't have noticed it anyway. - Good maneuverability. Lightweight compared to others that hold as much water. Well balanced and head swivels enough to get around well (but isn't so swivel-y that it gets annoying). - Handle is comfortable to use. - Clean & dirty tanks are very easy to remove/replace. - Roller is super easy to remove! After my past unit, this was a pleasant surprise! - Filter on dirty water tank wasn't difficult to remove. - Includes cleaning brush & hair removal tool. - The charging base is well designed, with a designated spot for cleaning solution, cleaning tools, & spare roller. - Has an "Eco" to increase runtime & a suction-only mode. - I'm very sensitive to most fragranced products; the cleaning solution did not bother me at all. - Mine came with 2 rollers & 2 bottles of cleaning solution. - This latest model includes the ability to turn off the voice (something some prior reviewers wanted to be able to do.) - "Deep Self Clean" seems to clean & dry the rollers pretty well. Much better than I expected! CONS: - The main con is the design of the dirty water tank's spout. It pours the nasty water over the area where the electrical connections are, so you have to dry it off before replacing it. If you try to pour it out from the other side, the gunk/solids are blocked by some kind of baffle. The water is nasty so drying it off is not pleasant. - Even on Max mode, it doesn't release much water, which I feel reduces it's cleaning efficacy. However that also makes the water supply last longer, so to someone who doesn't let their floors get as dirty as I did, this might be a "pro." - You have to remove the filter from the dirty water tank before pouring out the dirty water. It's not difficult, but it does require you to contact the dirty stuff. - A minor con is the design of the clean water tank's fill hole. It's only about 1" in diameter, so its impossible not to get some liquid on the area where the electrical connections are. Which means you have to dry off the tank before inserting it. The fill hole is also a little low, so if you set the filled tank on its back, some liquid will spill out. - "Deep Self Clean" cycle is noisy and goes on for a long time. It also uses at least a quarter tank of clean water... but I guess that's why it's so effective! Bottom line - Until (if) iRobot makes my beloved Scooba again, this is the next best thing. It's easy to use and effective.. The dirty water tank design could be better, but it's not a big inconvenience. I wouldn't expect it to have the suction power of a vacuum cleaner, and I wouldn't expect it to clean grout that's recessed more than a tiny bit, since the roller has a pretty short nap.

Love this thing, even better Customer service!
Love this thing! I will always have a vacuum mop in my home! Pros: -perfect for everyday light cleaniing -like a vacuum for hardfloors! -it has suction both forward and backwards -great for spills whether it's just liquid or solids (think cereal or soup) -gets right up close to edges -I can do a quick run with this through my whole house on one charge in eco mode (about 1400 square feet) -self clean mode (do I need to say more here?) -excellent customer service -easy to clean out -my 15,7, and 5 year old can use this easily, my 3 can to it's just a little big for her Cons: -it is not a substitute for mopping (if that is what you are looking for it's not this) -it does not do well on anything dried (you just have to go over it very slowly many many times, where I just scrub it up intsead) -no replacement filters (I bleached my dirty one, didn't know what else to do!) Short story: I had a few issues but it was resolved quickly with the company. Long story: I had my mop and it was working great for a few months, then the sensor stopped working as it would say I needed to empty the dirty tank when it was already dirty. After trying everything to fix it, I called the number of the company and it was quickly answered AND it was someone who spoke English! Chelsea helped me go through the process of a replacement, which was very easy, and I was able to get that replacement. HOWEVER, when that arrived the new one was having a problem, it wouldn't pull the clean water throught the mop, so basically it was just defective. So I reached out to Chelsea and she was able to help, again very quickly. I am really glad I purchased from this company because they made it right when their product wasn't working for me.

Good for the price
I like the design of it but I think when it’s filled with water it’s a bit heavy to move but it’s small enough to work with although it does dispense enough water when mopping I think it doesn’t scrub floors hard enough like for an example it didn’t pick up a dead flat spider that was stepped on when I went over it 4 times but it does vacuum small cardboard pieces so I’m a bit confused. I tried to do a self clean cycle while it was charging and it wouldn’t work. I also feel like the battery runs out quickly so if you have anything over 1000 sqf be prepared to charge it twice anyways I got this for my new hardwood oak floors and It does leave streaks after multiple uses the solution does smell like oranges. I wanted this because I didn’t want to worry about any wet mops and going back and forth every time for clean water. It would’ve been overall great for the price that I got it for $100 just hope the self cleaning cycle works. Mine also didn’t arrive with an extra filter like it said in the box. Update: They tried sending me a replacement because the self cleaning and modes button wasn’t working and the new one came in worked fine after I put it on charge and tried using it again the self cleaning stopped working again so I’m just going to return it and splurge on the tineco better than this piece of crap.

As good as a Bissell at 1/2 the price!
Honest review… I was given one of these imagic floor cleaners from someone that after trying it once, felt that she liked her old mop and bucket better. She knew I had a Bissell cleaner before but complained about having to take it all apart after each use to clean it. I was very excited and took it home and set it up on the charging stand. When it read 100% charged I removed it, but as soon as I placed it on the floor, the screen went blank. No matter what I did, it would not work. So I scrolled the Internet for a day and there was not a whole lot out there about the other than something about the handle, not being in all the way. So I pushed down on the handle as hard as I could, and nothing happened. I decided I would order another one through Amazon and return this one in that box. My new floor cleaner came several days later, and I put it together according to the directions placed it on the charging station. Let it charge up to 100% and then just like magic when I took it off the charger and set it on the floor the exact same thing happened. The screen just stayed blank. I took a long shot and decided I would see if I could find a customer service number … and I was very shocked that there actually was one and I was even more surprised when a very polite and soft-spoken young lady answered the phone, Lizzett! She was extremely patient and let me tell her what happened, I mentioned that I had seen that there was a problem with the handle and she calmly told me that that was probably the case with me. She quickly sent me a a few second video of how to fix it. You just pop a screwdriver in the back of the handle pull the handle out and then with all your might push it back in again. I just knew this was not going to fix it because I thought I tried that - but she was exactly right!! After like magic it turned on I did the exact same thing to the other one and fixed it too! :)) I would 100% recommend this floor cleaner because as I said, I had the Bissell for years before this one and the biggest drawback with that was that you had to take it all apart to clean it. This machine does all of that for you with just the push-up a button and it actually works really really well. So if you do buy this one, and I think you should, just try the trick with the handle if it’s not working and you will be happy that you did.

Mixed feelings on this....
I have mixed opinions on this one. Positive notes: -Light & easy to maneuver. -Self cleaning goes by rather quickly and does a good job, Although loud. -Easy to remove the dirty water tank to dispose of waste water and easy to rinse/clean out. -Charging time is pretty fast, a little over an hour to full. -Battery lasts for me to clean 5 rooms in my apt. Not So Great: -I feel like the floor doesn't get wet for me to think that the floor is getting an actual good cleaning. It looks like just little squirts of water come out in random places. And to me, that's gross, because that means my floor isn't getting a thorough cleaning, like when I use a floor mop or even a Swiffer! -I feel like it's mostly just vacuuming and that's not good enough for me. -I also don't like the cleaner it comes with (they say you can't use any other cleaner). It doesn't even have a nice fresh, clean smell to it, which bothers me bc I love smelling a fresh clean house after mopping. So don't expect that if you buy this product!
